Cancellation fee: 72 hours advanced notice needed for cancellation. If client cancels in accordance to policy (72 hours) they will receive 50% of their deposit. If client cancels 48hr or 24hrs before scheduled session--no refund on deposit will be granted.
Rescheduling fee: if client doesn't want to cancel but needs to reschedule: there is a $100 rescheduling fee when you reschedule within less than 72 hrs (per session) that must be paid before the next appointment is scheduled. This fee is non refundable.
When you commit to a date, I reserve this space for you, in doing so--I dedicate that time just for you and turn down all other client requests therefore both cancellation policy and rescheduling fees must be applied-no exception.
