CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
• Cancellation fee: 72 hours advanced notice needed for cancellation. If client cancels in accordance to policy (72 hours) they will receive 50% of their deposit. If client cancels 48hr or 24hrs before scheduled session--no refund on deposit will be granted.
• Rescheduling fee: if client doesn't want to cancel but needs to reschedule: there is a $100 rescheduling fee when you reschedule within less than 72 hrs (per session) that must be paid before the next appointment is scheduled. This fee is non refundable.
*When you commit to a date, I reserve this space for you, in doing so--I dedicate that time just for you and turn down all other client requests therefore both cancellation policy and rescheduling fees must be applied-no exception.
